A letter to the councilors.

A letter to the councilors.

Councilors, Esteemed. -

A mere elven swordfighter would wish to meet with the entire body to discuss the spider shield and solutions thereof. I will reserve a room at the Broken Dagger, namely room 5, but will not be staying there. Any response you wish to bring may be slid under the door and I shall check upon it at a later date.

I believe I have some ideas to solve your little problem.

Make no mistake ladies and gentlemen. A seemingly simple problem can fester and grow. Vegetation will die, and people will leave. Your town will stop existing.

Do let me know.

A Response Indeed

Dear Douganthalas Telantra Silverbow,

I am quite aware of the extremety of the situation; as a farmer and as a councilor. I'm sure the council will meet at the earliest possible convenience on the matter; while I myself know the dangers that will come soon if the sun does not return, I'm not sure if the other councilors realize the impact.

Nonetheless, watch for any meeting notices.

I'm aware of the length of time the council tends to take on dealing with issues at hand, so if you'd like to come see me beforehand, you're more than welcome -- I'm at the northeast end of town. End end. In the middle of farms. You can't miss it, even in this gloom.

Sincerely,
Councilor Joseph O'Cynen
