Furt is a city in Amasynia.
Known mainly for its shipwrights, Furt's economy is truly divided by land and sea. Most citizens are involved in either ship building, fishing, sea trade, logging, or papermaking.
Furt is sandwiched between the coastline of the Bay of Gogol and the edge of a wood. As the city has grown, the forest's edge has receded with the logging done therein. As the forest has been hewn back, the outskirts of the town has pushed in to follow the dip it creates, causing an almost crescent shape to both the town's shape and the forest boarder. As a result, Furt has been nicknamed the City of the Crescent Moon. This symbol is featured prominently throughout the town.
