Benjamin Lucas Octavius Augustine Treadwell

Known primarily as Octavius Treadwell to his friends and political accomplices, this fellow very briefly served on the Council in Westenford before the eventual rise of his son Aloisius Treadwell to the same post. He is known to have despised his son's original career choice as an actor; he passed of a heart attack, leading to Aloisius taking up his father's spot on the Westenford Council and, ultimately, surpassing him to control the Council for most of thirty-two years.
