This is the great, old, stone plaza in the middle of Westenford, Amasynia where the Westenford Ruling Council meets daily between meals to discuss politics. The original meaning of the name has, at last check, been lost to time; in fact, the formal name itself is very much on the way out, save in official documents and rare incident reports to the town guard.
