Yasha and Mamono are the demonic blades carried by Pharris Tergor, crafted hundreds of years ago by demon smiths in their dark world. The two weapons fell into his hands during his time battling the demonic hordes as they attempted to break through from their world to this one.

Mamono Blade is a titanic, horribly oversized sword, most closely resembling an extremely thick claymore. The weapon is larger than Pharris himself, and is the prime motivator in his unusual swordfighting style. Yasha Blade is only slightly shorter than Mamono, but a slender, curved blade, intended more for lightning fast strokes.

These sentient weapons have several unique abilities, able to burn hot with hellish flames, consume souls to fuel their powers, and alter their own weight. This last one, in particular, truly augments the style of the wielder, allowing Pharris to easily use both weapons at once. Their control and training is precise enough that they can increase their weight on the follow through of a strike, dealing devastating damage, and returning to a feather weight to allow easy maneuvering. It also allows seemingly miraculous tricks like maneuvering themselves in the air, floating on water, and growing too heavy to be stolen or wielded against their master.

For a time, Mamono and Yasha also exhibited the ability to transform into humanoid beings with razor sharp hair and rough skin. However, it is unclear if they lost this power, or if it is somehow suppressed by Pharris, as he descends further into his obsessive madness.
