The Beast/Quincy Randall
There have been various murders seemingly commited by the same person, known only as 'the Beast', and most often as the deceased Quincy Randall. It seems to be doing so to spread news. So far it has claimed the councilmen as traitors, specifically Coriolanus Helstone - but lately it has also claimed that the entire -Council- is made up of the drow, and has called Audmathus out.
Nothing else is known of the murderer, save that it is able to get past locked doors without tampering, and it seems to be limiting it's efforts to those connected with the Council in some way, no matter how insignificant.
