'''Joshua Kilborn''' began his tenure in the north eastern township of [[Kourrail]] as an assistance to his father, who was commander of the local garrison. There he completed his training and was accepted as an accreditted member of the [[Order of Straka]].

His first official duty began as a patrolman on the [[Amasynia]]n Border, scouring the woods for bandits and other sorts of the unsavoury nature. A typical contract that endure the first three years of his service.

After his tenure as a new recruit, he was promoted to Servicemaster at the outpost in [[Myrkentown]]. A post that he held for little over a year, until the death of his father.

He returned to [[Kourrail]] and spent the next five years as Adjunct to the new Commander--a heavy task set upon young shoulders. Over a personal matter, Commander Oxford and he decided it would be best to part paths. An occurance that was timed perfectly, with an opportunity to serve under [[Gareth Rayin Taliaferro|Captain Taliaferro]] within [[Myrken Wood]] once again. A task that he has enjoyed with great relish since his return.
