A Heartfelt Handwritten Notice

Teddi leaves a note on the Broken Dagger's kitchen door so that all the employees will see it as they come and go; it is written on a leaf of paper torn from the back of the bar's log book.
A Matter of Precaution
Thanks to the Myrkenwood Constabulary we now have a crate of arms beneath the bar that we are free to use in emergencies for defensive measures - in particular, for use against the recent earth beasts in our very own yard; there are three crossbows, four axe-picks, and plenty bolts for the bows. Please let the patrons know that they are free to use these weapons as well, should the need arise.
I beg that you all practice caution, and do not travel alone. Stay strong and stay together. Everything will turn out all right! Please thank our constables if you come in contact with them, and let them know that they are in our prayers.
