Upon entering the establishment, traveller and regular alike might notice that something unfamiliar -- yet ten-fold inviting -- hangs tacked with simple, copper brads. The observant would read:
May pockets and wallets remain a shilling heavy! By the order of the Myrken Council, from this day further, drinks will be served at a price one shilling below their usual listing! Enjoy yourselves, and please, drink your fill! We've quite the winter to shrug away, so why not pass the time with us, and a mug of your favorite mead?
