Bare feet moved soundly upon dusty ground lacking of the rains that had stranded her ashore unfamiliar lands. Each step brought a jingle of chiming bells, from around tanned ankles and wrists, and within the slender braids that decorated dark hair. It was a dance, and her movements were in time to music only she could hear.
Skirts of bright corners and ragged edges floated around shifting legs, and beads jangled their time in opposition to the small bells, as if to give an underlying harmony to the chaotic melody that surrounded. The majority of ebon hair flowed free, cascading about shoulders with only the strands of braids upon the surface to keep waves from moving wildly towards the sky. The flesh of her tanned midriff was visible, moreso with the low hanging of multi-hued skirts upon hips. Swells of flesh were bound within a top that hugged around her ribs, and gauzy fabric floated from shoulders to wrists in order to hint at the silken skin of arms beneath.
"M'Lady." The gruff voice queried again, and for a moment, there was only laughter from the darkskinned one. Eyes of brown so dark they could be black danced with light. In the horizon, the sun was beginning to receed. The dancing steps ceased their amusement, and the festively clad girl dipped her head slightly in acknowledgement.
"Yes, that is correct." The heavily-accented sound slipped from full lips, and she leaned forward a little. "I will need these boxes delivered to the Myrken." Fingertips touched an unopened box, then another, and another. Three, altogether. The rest were already in place. "See that they are not tampered with."
For a moment, features twisted into expressions of intended malice. There was threat within those eyes. A primal sort, that promised far worse than death if her instructions were not carried out to the letter. Then, as quick as it came, the expression was gone, and laughter tinkled melodiously into the dimming evening air.
"I will meet you in the Myrken Wood to give the rest of your payment upon assurance that you have followed instruction."
