and Sunday, March 31st

OOC NOTE: So many people have business to bring before the Council and plots to advance, but there's no way we're going to get a complete Council meeting together before June. Therefore, most people and most Councillors are available either on Monday or Sunday, so pick a date and bring your plots. We'll begin at 6:00 EST and go until we keel over.

Minutes:

* the addition of a Constabulary to take care of civil crime investigation and lift some of the burden off Janeiro and the Councilor of Defense and Civil Security was approved; it will be supervised by the Governor's office. Lord Aldred contributed twenty men from his household to the base of this Constabulary.

* Spier's mention of assistance from the traitor Masaccio was denied, with all Councilors deciding to contribute some sum to the rebuilding of the Meetinghouse; Aldred and Goldenhair alike decided to put in large sums for the endeavour.

* The further addition and support of Janeiro was discussed, but no decisions were made.

* No requests or petitions were made by the public.
