The gifts are given to those who need them. The poorer farming families, mostly, but occasionally those in town as well. The gifts take the form of game animals, the meat neatly butchered, appearing as if out of nowhere. There is no hint as to who provides these gifts, the donor takes pains to remain anonymous.
