To Governor Altias Bromn, Councilors Giscard Guillaume, Aloisius Treadwell, Joseph O'Cynen, and Malengóne Al-D'arcu, appropriately addressed by individual letter:
I bring you good news, for once; the drow, Audmathus, has been caught. We're holding him now, and every precaution to the extreme is being taken so that we continue to hold him.
This isn't a prisoner we can exactly wait to get things done on, so I'm setting an execution date for the week's end following the three-quarter moon, that is, if you of the Council have no objections. A public execution seems quite appropriate; it should give rise to some hope to see one of Myrkentown's resident evils go down.
Sincerely,
Captain Thomas Daniels
( That's the 20-21st, folks. Exact time still bein' worked out! Thanks a bunch, Mr. D! )
