I, Giscard Guillaume, Lord of Lothbury Estate, Councilor of the Myrken Wood Judiciary In Regards To Commerce and Trade Etc., to our Right Honourable Gad Phuri, Judiciar of Myrken Wood, Governor Etc.,; to His Honour Joseph O'Cynen, the Councilor of Agriculture; to His Honour Altias Bromn, the Councilor of Administrative Sanctions; to His Honour Tetsi Avarante, the Councilor of Alcohol and Goods; to Alexander Kanashia, Captain of the Myrken Wood Guard, Order of Straka, etc.: Greetings. In light of recent events -- including, but not limited to, the Massacre At Townsedge, the re-emergence of the beast known as Baie, the possible advent of malicious Thessilanian activities, the descecration of Myrkentown's largest graveyard and the general aura of unrest subsequently permeating the town -- I demand an emergency meeting of the Judiciary this very night, at an hour past sunfall. It is doubtful that further confrontations may be expected; nevertheless, it is requested that the Straka double the size of the Guard assigned to the Meetinghouse. Additionally, it is requested that Captain Kanashia join us this evevning; the security of our town is, obviously, under considerable threat.
