It's amazing, the difference that a hired scribe will make to the impression a letter can leave. Much like the barrister's, this folded missive will find its way eventually to the Broken Dagger and Jirai.

Unlike Helstone's, though, this missive would recieve far more consideration from the dark elf. Enough so that she would deliver the letter personally to Councillor Roschen, instead of simply leaving it somewhere for him to find.
