I, Giscard Guillaume, Lord of Lothbury Estate, Interim Governor of the Myrken Wood Judiciary, Etc., to His Honour Suede Roschen, the Councilor of Agriculture; to His Honour Kerrak al'Nerun, the Councilor of Defence and Civil Security; to His Honour Aloisius Treadwell, the Councilor of Administrative Sanctions: Greetings.
In the aftermath of what has proven to be a most turbulent and trying week for Myrken Wood, I request your presences in our Meetinghouse this Saturday evening. Our Council has much to speak upon and, perhaps, much to answer for.
Done by my hand at the Estate of Lothbury, this 30th day of March.
Giscard Guillaume.
