More Letters for Lieutenant Kilborn.

To the Commander of the Order of Straka, Lieutenant Kilborn.
Lieutenant Kilborn, I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. Also, I wish to pass on my reguards for your Captain. I hope that the good Captain soon feels up to returning to his duties, if he is able. If not, then this message truly is for you.
I presume that by now you would have read my proclamation sent out into the township after the events that happened this past week. The belief that this wall is here to protect humans from those who are not is a proposterous one. One that I will stamp into the ground at any chance given. It should not be the practice of those in this land to turn away another simply because their forebearers were different. My office shall not condone such a thing, especially since the people of our land had lived with this other folk for so many years beforehand.
Therefore, I shall hope that you and yours will be up to the task as I had written. If you have any on your staff who are unable to perform these duties, then I would suggest relieving them of their position. It is our task to provide for the safety of all who come here, upto and until they break our laws. This goes for everyone, be they draconic, dwarven, human, elf or made of rock.
If you need anything from me, please send a message or a runner. I am available at your need.
