A Message for Kilborn

A sealed letter would find its way to Kilborn, either given to him in person or handed off to his aide, Key Lannew. Letters of the same information would be given to the other lieutenants as well, although there was a certain haste added to Kilborn's, as acting 'CO' at the moment.
The contents of the letter was the report and documentation for the interrogation of the prisoner who only gave them the name Seymor, brought in originally for a number of charges involved in trying to rob the Broken Dagger, and again after attempting to assassinate Captain Daniels.
The prisoner's testimony named Kerrak al'Nerun as a conspirator in the attempt on Daniels' life, including allusions to the possibility of his involvement with much of the recent council disappearances and deaths.
