Town criers move throughout the town and its extremities today, speaking the words of the Governor, posting their words on trees and buildings for those who can read:

A bounty is not against the law;
Murder is.

Those found to have Assaulted,
Brought Greivous Harm To, or Killed
A Citizen of Myrken Wood, Drow or Not
Through Direct Proof or the Granting of Lothbury's Bounty
will be Summarily Arrested and Executed immediately
in honor of their treatment of their fellow countrymen.

Collaborators with our drow Enemy will be dealt with
According to the Law,
Which has always been our Strength and Shield.
